  • Provision of Corporate or Individual Director(s) and / or Secretary, depending on the client’s unique circumstances, preferences and needs.
  • Provision of Professional Directors (natural persons) that are highly qualified, have the necessary level of independence for the decision making, that are not acting as administrative stuff and serve in a limited number of companies as Directors.
  • Provision of Nominee Shareholders to hold the shares of the Cyprus Company on trust and for the sole benefit of the Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs), in order to provide a high level of confidentiality, security and protection of the identity of our clients. Unlike the Professional Directors, the provided Nominee Shareholders are not allowed to manage the Company and therefore the controlling power remains with the UBOs.
